Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Wallasey is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Wallasey and across the UK. We operate in compliance with all relevant UK pharmacy legislation and regulatory guidelines.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, reside in the United Kingdom, and be able to provide accurate and truthful information about your health and medical history.
Weight loss treatments are only available where clinically appropriate. Eligibility is determined by our pharmacist following a clinical assessment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it is not safe or suitable for you. You must not use our services if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a condition that contraindicates the requested treatment unless cleared by your GP.
All prescription medications dispensed through our service require a valid clinical consultation. You must complete our online health questionnaire honestly and in full. Our prescribing pharmacist will review your submission and determine whether treatment is appropriate.
Approval is not guaranteed. If your request is declined, you will be notified and advised to seek further support from your GP where appropriate. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy. We do not issue paper prescriptions for weight loss medications to be dispensed elsewhere.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. You will receive a receipt via email upon successful payment.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.
You are responsible for ensuring a suitable delivery address is provided. If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, a redelivery charge may apply. Medications must be stored appropriately upon receipt in accordance with the product instructions.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist and dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via our website or by email. Once a prescription has been dispensed and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds under UK medicines regulations, except where a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If you believe you have received the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Our service does not replace your regular GP or healthcare provider. The information provided during consultations is used solely to support clinical decision-making for weight management purposes. We do not provide general medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for conditions unrelated to weight loss.
If you experience any adverse effects from treatment, stop use immediately and seek medical attention. Always inform your GP that you are using weight loss medication.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used to provide and improve our clinical services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
